Line items

Everything that is not debt service. Click a cell to edit; it saves when you leave the cell. Debt terms live in the PFS liabilities.

How the Knob column works

The Knob column ties a line to a scenario assumption. Separate tokens with ;.

value:KEY takes the amount from the assumption. gate:KEY or gate:KEY=VALUE counts the line only when the toggle is on or the select equals VALUE. start:KEY takes the start month from the assumption. stopif:KEY@YYYY-MM ends the line the month before when the toggle is on. delay:KEY*0.6 shifts by that many months and scales the amount.

Amount is monthly for recurring lines and the total for one-time lines (paid in the start month).
